These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Retrofit Group Ltd ("Retrofit Group", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide heat pump installation, solar panel installation, battery storage installation, and related services. All installations are carried out by MCS-certified engineers and comply with relevant industry standards including PAS2030.
Home energy surveys are provided free of charge and without obligation. Any quotation provided following a survey is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period.
A contract is formed when you sign our installation agreement and pay the agreed deposit. The deposit is required to confirm your installation date and cover initial materials. Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled installation date.
We assist customers with Home Energy Scotland Grant (BUS) grant applications. Retrofit Group makes no guarantee of grant approval, as eligibility is determined by the relevant government body. We will advise on eligibility based on current scheme rules but cannot be held responsible for changes to scheme criteria or rejected applications beyond our control.
Retrofit Group Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 1052580) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (Phoenix). Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender. Phoenix is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195), and offers finance from its panel of lenders. All finance subject to status and credit checks.
We provide a workmanship guarantee on all installations. Full details of the guarantee period and terms are provided in your installation contract. Product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturers and are subject to their individual terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retrofit Group's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract under which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
